Leader Co-Lab is leader development via peer group coaching (limited to 12 people). It is a transformational experience for leaders who want to explore their leadership and take it to the next level.

 

The experience is 12 sessions over six months (2 per month) and focuses on "being a leader." Each session has 3-5 assignments to implement and practice in day-to-day leadership that requires accountability to the group.

Breakthrough Leader Coach

A weekly, self-paced coaching experience that helps leaders grow with real-world practice. Leaders learn, act, and reflect with guided tools that build confidence, curiosity, and consistency — one week at a time. Leaders access this world-class coaching in an on-demand format at a fraction of the cost of personalized 1-1 coaching. Leaders access weekly content plus assignments to practice their leadership and expand their awareness and perspective.
